Why am I here?

I’ve led teams through crises, transformations, failures, and breakthroughs — and every one of those moments taught me something worth sharing. Along the way, I’ve worked under exceptional leaders and struggled under inadequate ones. Those experiences shaped me.

After reflecting on three decades of working in the corporate environment— the good, the bad, and the uncomfortable — I’m here to share what I’ve learned with anyone navigating difficult leaders or striving to become a great one.
